Double nerve transfer involves:
1. Spinal accessory nerve to Suprascapular nerve
2. Long head triceps branch of radial nerve transfer to Axillary nerve.

2. Long head triceps branch of radial nerve transfer to Axillary nerve.

Assuming that radial nerve function is in tact, both of these nerve transfers can be performed using a posterior approach.
