Connie Maloney PTA graduated from Genesee Community College with an Associates Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 1994.  She has been employed at Upstate Physical Therapy since 1994 and is highly experienced in performing patient treatments for a variety of conditions, including nonsurgical and postsurgical shoulders.
