Hello and Welcome!
 
My name is Kim Nichols, Director of Operations for Agape Physical Therapy.  I am pleased and honored to be a part of your care in our organization!  I have been a part of Agapé for more than six years since I graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2001 with my master’s degree in physical therapy.  While at Quinnipiac, I completed a side focus in athletic training to become certified as an athletic trainer in 2000.  I came to work for Agapé in 2001 with big hopes and dreams as a physical therapist and athletic trainer.  My greatest passion has always been to help others and to challenge myself to always do better.  I am fortunate to say today that Agapé has given me the opportunity to execute this passion. 
 
After only a few years of working for Agapé, an opportunity arose for professional growth within the company.  In 2003, I continued my education at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) while still working full-time for Agapé.  I graduated in 2005 with my executive MBA degree and continued to transition into my current position as the Director of Operations.  Although I currently work behind the scenes a great deal of the time, I still look forward to every opportunity that I have to see patients and to help you reach your goals in physical therapy.  There is nothing more rewarding than to see a happy smile on a patient’s face because they just accomplished the goals that at one time seemed so difficult to achieve. As I continue to grow within Agapé, one thing will always remain the same: my number one goal is to provide each and every patient with the best care possible whether treated by myself or another provider within Agapé.   
When I am not working hard to help Agapé to be your best choice for physical therapy, I am spending time with my wonderful husband and little girl.  As a mom, I have encountered a whole new aspect of life that is absolutely wonderful!
