Shoulder Issue

I'm had soreness and dull pain in my right shoulder since the beginning of the summer.
The pain is most prominent when I raise my arm straight above my head our extend it fully outward.

Almost feels like a pulled muscle

I am left-handed. 36 yrs old. I dont remember stressing it.
