Default Question about recurrent elbow instability

Thank you for taking my question. I have had an unstable elbow for almost a year now. I have dislocated 7 times and gone through to surgeries replacing my LCL due to my elbow slipping out of socket. Is there a any mechanical replacement to solve this problem. Thank you for your time

If your persistent instability is "posterolateral"---which is implied by the fact that you have had the LCL reconstructed, then the most fundamental question to answer is why have the previous surgeries failed. Is it a failure to heal, a failure of surgical technique, or an incorrect diagnosis.
The short answer to your question is No---unless there is a deficient radial head, as a secondary restraint---or a deficient coronoid process. There are techniques available to restore the anterior buttress effect of the coronoid process, if it deficient; similarly, if the radial head has been excised, arthroplasty options exist.
