Hello, i'm Steve. I'm a 47 yr old with bilateral end stage rotator cuff atropathy with advanced humeral migration with arthritis. I was diagnosed last year and until then i didn't really know what a rotator cuff was.
The humeral heads have migrated to a point where they're rubbing against the acromion, which gives me the most pain. I've been going to physical therapy for a few months to help preserve my range of motion with very limited results. My sergeon has told me that i need reverse shoulder replacements but at my age i will definitely need revisions. Until recently i didn't know revision for reverse shoulder existed. If there is anyone out there with some knowledge on the subject, i'd like to hear from you. Thank You.
